o If your NutriFrass or Freeze-Dried NutriGrubs arrive damaged or defective, you
are eligible for a refund or replacement.
o Please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order to report any issues.
o Refunds will be processed within 3 business days to the original payment method.
2. Incorrect Orders:
o If you receive the wrong product or quantity, notify us within 24 hours of
delivery.
o We will arrange for the correct product to be sent to you or offer a refund.
