Live Insect Feeders Return Policy
At NutriGrubs, we strive to provide the highest quality live insect feeders. Due to the perishable nature of live insects, we have specific policies in place for returns and refunds:
Eligibility for Returns

Dead on Arrival (DOA):
- Report DOA insects (death rate exceeding 10% of your order) within 12 hours of delivery for a refund or replacement via info@nutrigrubs.ca.
- Provide a clear video of the DOA insects.
- Refunds will be processed within 3 business days to the original payment method.
- Please note that replacement shipments will only be mailed out between Monday and Wednesday.

Incorrect Orders:
- Report incorrect orders within 12 hours of delivery via info@nutrigrubs.ca.
- We will arrange for the correct order to be sent to you or offer a refund.
- Refunds will be processed within 3 business days to the original payment method.
- Please note that replacement shipments will only be mailed out between Monday and Wednesday.
NutriFrass and Dried NutriGrubs Return Policy
At NutriGrubs, we aim to ensure that our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases.
Eligibility for Returns
- Defective or Damaged Products:
- If your NutriFrass or Dried NutriGrubs arrive damaged or defective, you are eligible for a refund or replacement.
- Please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order to report any issues.
- Refunds will be processed within 3 business days to the original payment method.
- Incorrect Orders:
- If you receive the wrong product or quantity, notify us within 24 hours of delivery.
- We will arrange for the correct product to be sent to you or offer a refund.
